• Deliver an intuitive, personalized guest experience from check in to departure.
• Handle guest reservations, billing, profiles, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
• Prepare guest lists, itineraries, daily reports, and handovers with a meticulous eye for detail.

The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.
Scope & General Purpose:
• Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
• Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and email
• Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager
