– General maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliance and tool and equipment.
– Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.
– Ensure quality control of a maintenance and projects.
– Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
