We seek a polished, service-driven all-rounder to join the team as Junior House Manager / Assistant Concierge.
Working closely with the Head Concierge and House Management teams, the role requires flexibility, initiative and a hands-on approach to
delivering exceptional guest experiences. Combining concierge service, guest engagement, bespoke experience coordination and light operational oversight,
the role supports guest requests, arrivals and departures while anticipating needs and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed.

General Manager

Requirements:
6 to 7  years experience in a GM position in a 5 Star Hotel.
Management of all Hotel departments.
Exceptional skills in staff and guest relations
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and think critically
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Sound employment history with contactable references.
Strong hands on leader – who leads by example
Grade 12 and be computer literate
Previous experience on Opera and Micros
Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
