For our 300ha (135ha coffee) farm in the southern highlands of Tanzania we hire a
FULLY QUALIFIED FARM MANAGER/OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Farm produces a renowned, high-quality coffee for local roasting and export.
The production is partially mechanized, and the farm is equipped with a modern processing unit as well as all other necessary equipment and buildings.

Duration: 2 years renewable with a three-month probationary period.
Overview: The Conservation Organization is seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join its team as the
Strategic Resource Protection Manager. This role is a blend of leadership, supervising, mentoring and coordination across two of
the Game Management Areas (GMA’s) within the Greater Kafue Ecosystem; As the Strategic Resource Protection Manager,
you will be situated on-site to provide strategic, technical and administrative guidance to the organizations resource protection implementation
across both the Mumbwa GMA and Kasonso Busanga GMA in line with the Collaborative Management Platform spearheaded by The Nature Conservancy (TNC).
Senior Field Guide
5* Game Lodge – Addo Elephant National Park – Eastern Cape
Conducting Game Drives & Bush walks with guests – Overall responsibility to ensure a high quality bush experience to assigned guests
Min requirements FGASA NQF4 / trails guide.
Prepared to help in other areas of the lodge, especially in maintenance, if required
5 years plus experience at a five star luxury property – Big 5 Reserve.
FGASA level 2 or NQF 4 / Trails Guide
ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency Certificate
Valid Driver’s license, PDP and First Aid Level 2 essential with Wilderness component
CATHSSETA /NDT Register
Field / Trails Guide.
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and committed Field Guide/Trails Guide. An opportunity to work in a prestige Game Reserve in the Great Karoo.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and gain experience as a guide, the role will not only be guiding and interpretation, but the successful candidate will also be expected to be involved with reserve work and assist with research in the conservation field.
