The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.
Scope & General Purpose:
• Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
• Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and email
• Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager Requirements:
• Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar position
• Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• PMS system knowledge – Nebula, eRes and Opera would be advantageous
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized with good time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Works well and accurately under pressure

System Requirements: eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex,
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
2 years’ experience in a 5* boutique hotel / Game Lodge reservations department
• Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.
